Before production, you will receive a design proof for approval. Once approved and printed, orders cannot be reversed or refunded.

IV. Shipping and Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing an order. We will not be liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses due to outdated or incorrect information you provided.

Shipping delays caused by courier companies are beyond our control. If your order is delayed after dispatch, we recommend contacting the courier service directly for assistance.

V. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging with tags and receipts.
