Refund & Returns Policy

Nostalgic Screen Printing creates custom, made-to-order apparel and merchandise. Because custom products are produced specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or an approved design no longer being wanted.

Custom Orders

Custom-printed, personalized, altered, or otherwise made-to-order items are final sale once production has started. Please review garment selections, sizes, quantities, colors, print locations, spelling, and artwork approvals carefully before approving your order.

Our Error, Defects, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, incorrect item, incorrect quantity, or a printing error caused by Nostalgic Screen Printing, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the claim and, when approved, provide an appropriate replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund.

Artwork and Color

Customer-approved artwork, spelling, layout, print placement, and requested colors are considered approved for production. Screen-print ink colors and garment colors may vary slightly from phone or computer displays and from manufacturer photography. Minor production tolerances are not considered defects.

Garment Sizing

Garment sizing can vary by brand and style. Customers are responsible for selecting sizes before production. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues on custom-printed garments unless the item received is materially different from the item ordered.

Customer-Supplied Garments

Customer-supplied garments are printed at the customer’s risk. Screen printing involves heat, pressure, ink, and handling, and occasional spoilage can occur. Any replacement or compensation for customer-supplied goods will be handled according to the written terms agreed to for that specific order.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If production, artwork preparation, screen preparation, garment ordering, or other paid work has already begun, those costs may be non-refundable. Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
